- Administrative and secretarial services for the employer.
- Drafting and sending emails to the concerned, as and when needed.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and email inquiries on behalf of consultants.
- Replying on received emails on behalf of employer and coordinate the information flow internally and with clients.
- Prepare and maintain client and data reports.
- Plan and confirm meetings & appointments for team of consultants.
- Organize, type, edit and correct correspondence, invoices, etc.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Regularly maintain and update complete information of visitors & clients.
- Arrange travel plans and make bookings and arrangements.
- May organize seminars.
