Commercial & Admin Executive – Mannai Trading Company
- Support sales and perform general administration works.
- Deal internally with Sales, Technical, application, service staff, warehouse and other departments.
- Deal externally with customers, Suppliers and business partners.
1. Prepare quotations, costing sheets, invoices, material submittals, co-ordination of
trips and other administration activities.
2. Prepare internal letters & memos within the division and Correspondence with
customers & Principals as directed by supervisor.
3. Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as directed.
4. In-charge on Petty Cash &
purchase requisitions and all system related tranactions.
5. Receive and attend to incoming calls and inquiries.
6. Receiving cash and Cheques as directed by supervisor.
7. Responsible for filing and retrieval of all documents in the division.
8. Any other activities as may be directed by supervisor.
