One of the leading automotive dealership in Qatar looking for General Manager Sales (Automotive )You will be directly responsible for tactical and strategic revenue generation of the company.
- Monitor and measure the performance of sales and profitability, perform analysis, develop strategic sales/financial plans for the dealership
- Manages solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Coaches, mentors, develops and provides regular performance feedback to the sales team, empowering them to take responsibility for achieving their work goals.
- Develops and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue targets
