Receptionist/HR – J.portman Consultancy
The receptionist role at J.Portman is to ensure smooth running office operations as well as maintain consistently excellent client communication.Furthermore the receptionist supports HR processes in the company and supports our client with HR services.
– Deliver excellent client service level consistently
-Welcome clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
– Treating clients respectfully and aligned with company values.
– Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules,and regulations.
– Dealing with companies email inquiries and channel requests appropriately.
– Keep all company documents and client files properly organized.
– Maintain machinery (printer, copy machine etc.) order tools or replacement sin time and report to manager if necessary.
– Keep track of administrative tasks (company documents, staff documents)
– Support team in governmental processes.
– Co-ordinate meetings, room bookings and appointments with clients.
– Create documents/ forms that support the companies operations.
– Responsible for staff inquiries regarding organization, vacation etc.
– Participates in staff recruitment process.
