Responsible for comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent acquisition program
Manage the recruitment life-cycle of internal & external applicants, including initial assessments, interviews, references, contracts and employee files.
Have an expert understanding and be able to communicate to the candidate on benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Manage the on-boarding process and conduct the HR induction program.
Organize & participate in employment events, such as career fairs for company branding.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
Maintain accurate job descriptions for all staff.
