Store Manager monitor available supplies, materials, and products in order to ensure that customers and employees have access to the materials they need. Store manager is responsible lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed and update the inventory in system on timely basis.
Maintain and organizes logistics in terms of transport requirements, receipt, handling, storage and distribution of materials and establishes proper warehousing and recording systems.
Keep updating all the departments about position and quantity of stock in hand and always maintain the minimum level of stock a required.
Assist Dept. Manager to administer day-to-day activities and handling of goods at Store.
Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems established for the inventory module.
Allocating and managing staff resources according to change needs;
Maintain up to date inventory register and make timely adjustments on issuance and receipts of goods.
